Jess

Jess came in aged 7 and had been used as a breeding bitch and kept in a shed.  She was thought To be pregnant as she arrived with a Labrador stud dog and had a distended belly.
She was taken to the vets and had an ultrasound but was found to have no puppies.  The vet thought she had a fatty liver and wanted to explore further.  It was found that she had a relatively new tumour on her spleen so this was removed at the same time as being speyed.
She has since been scanned every three months to make sure her body is tumour free and she found a lovely home with her new mum Olga and has been there for 12 months.  She has come on in leaps and bounds to such an extent that she has won rosettes and prizes at fun dog shows.

SAD NEWS - 6th March 2010

Over the last week Jess had been feeling unwell and although she was checked out and had tests done, nothing was found that showed a cause for this.  Sadly Jess crossed the 'rainbow bridge' but she is now at peace.

Jess had the most wonderful last year with her mum Olga and we cannot thank Olga enough for her love and care she gave to Jess and all of us would like to offer Olga our condolences on her devastating  loss

The Rainbow Bridge.
